RSM Botswana Transformation Plan is initiated by the Chairman, improved by the leadership team led by the Managing Director, Operating and Support Divisional Senior Executives and guided by Stanford Seed, as part of Stanford Seed Program that began in January 2020 and finished in June 2021  This will be the casting stone that will guide our thoughts and actions until June 2023. This may be amended exceptionally but based on appraisal comments by Stanford Seed.
